Kirk-Johnson

Dellesa has over 22 years of hands-on operational and strategic leadership experience implementing innovative and efficient staffing practices for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. She is currently a Human Resources Director for a private club in South Florida. Her expertise is in all levels of international and domestic recruiting including executive level recruitment, talent planning, orientation, onboarding, employee compliance training, culture alignment, mid to executive level leadership development training, benefits administration, incentive/recognition programs initiatives, change management, project management and the comprehensive facilitation of new hotel acquisitions including pre-openings and the divestiture of hotel portfolios.

Dellesa received her MBA degree from Nova Southeastern University and her B.S. degree in Telecommunications from Alabama & University. She has also received company and
industry-wide recognition from the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company for her stellar employee satisfaction scores, creation and implementation of new company best practices, employee recognition programs and community outreach involvements. She is an active member of SHRM, President of Fox Global Group, domestic and international Human Resources consulting firm and the Co-founder of Sophisticated Out Loud, an Event/Entertainment Management Company.  Dellesa currently serves on the Decatur Youth Enrichment Board of Directors and as HR Consultant to the Bee2Bee Network Inc., a non-profit organization devoted to providing STEM education and employment opportunities for young professionals. Dellesa is also a proud active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. Xi Pi Omega Chapter. Selected by Legacy magazine as one of South Florida’s & Most Influential and Prominent Women in Business and Industry & and was recognized as one of the International Career and Business Alliance Palm Beach, Distinguished Achievers in 2018.

Nicole
Cummings

Nicole Cummings is an Engineering Program Manager in the Rocket Space Industry. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, and a Master of Science degree in Quality Management with Six Sigma focus from National Graduate School.

Nicole has been in the space industry for 15 years. She started off as a Test engineer and a Field Support Engineer supporting rocket launch operations and servicing customers such as NASA.

Nicole eventually moved from engineering to the to the business side of the Space industry where she worked in Operations as an Integration Manager who led the incorporation of new technologies into the existing product lines. The experience she gained in that position led her to her current role as an
Engineering Program Manager where she manages continuous improvement and affordability efforts on the RL10 rocket engine program.

In addition to her work in Engineering, Nicole works to raise knowledge and awareness of science and engineering within the community. She regularly visits local schools to help expose students to the excitement and thrills of being an engineer. Nicole holds a seat on the Florida Atlantic University Engineering Advisory board, and a seat on Legacy South Florida 40 under 40 executive board.
